Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Senior Management in Construction

Introduction

A senior manager is typically responsible for planning, nurturing and directing the work and development of a group of employees. Senior managers can guide workers directly or often direct several supervisors who directly manage the workers.

A senior site manager oversees a construction site to ensure projects are completed on time through effective budget management, client coordination, and worker supervision and development. They will also uphold and maintain quality standards and controls, manage risk and be responsible for multiple employees at any one time.

This Level 7 NVQ Diploma for Senior Management in Construction qualification enables delegates to demonstrate and recognise skills, knowledge and understanding and demonstrate competence in a real workplace environment.

The qualification prepares people for work in a senior management capacity in the construction sector.
